Description

Grapes are derived from the Western Cape’s different macro-climates, which range from the long, hot days on the Southern hills to the cooler West Coast coastal winds. This wonderfully constructed sauvignon blanc was prepared with hand-picked grapes that was vinified in stainless steel tanks until dry. It was then kept on the lees until final blending, filtering, and bottling at the Wellington’s cellars.
